VISA PROCESSING

Visa processing for those that requires entry visa to attend the Human Right Annual Conference. Participants travel documents will be process here in United States by the United States Immigration Bureau of visa authorization department here in United States for same day visa authorization which well be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy in participants country of residence for visa collection after the authorization of visa here in United States and the visa approval letter with other necessary documents which will be forwarded to the U.S Embassy in participants country of resident, and a copy will be sent to participants.

VISA APPLICATION AND REQUIREMENT

* A valid passport with at least 6 months validity.

* Filled registration forms for the conference.

* Scan copy of international passport data page.

* One recent passport size photograph.

* Participants must submit their hotel booking confirmation slip along with their filled registration forms. All filled forms must be submitted to the conference secretariat to complete participants registration for the conference and to start the visa application processing for registered participants.
